steve bradley

Stephen Bradley graduated from Deerfield Academy (Class of 1972) and from the University of Vermont (Class of 1976), with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. From 1977 to 1980, he worked for the Flatley Company in their shopping center division as a leasing agent. In 1980, Steve joined Haynes Management Inc., a commercial real estate management and development company headquartered in Wellesley, Massachusetts. From 1990 to 2005, he was the firm's Director of Leasing and Acquisitions overseeing the leasing of Haynes Management's office portfolio comprised of forty-six buildings, which totaled over 1,000,000 square feet, with over four hundred seventy-five office tenants. Additionally, he was directly involved in the acquisition and redevelopment of numerous commercial properties in the Wellesley/Newton submarket and in the State of New Hampshire; during which time the Haynes property portfolio more than doubled in size. In 2005, Steve joined New Dover Associates as Vice President, where he focused on commercial brokerage activities, representing both landlords and tenants in the leasing and selling of office, industrial and retail properties throughout Massachusetts and New Hampshire. In 2009, Stephen Bradley started Northeast Select Properties, LLC, a New England based commercial real estate management and development firm that acquires, develops and manages choice commercial properties in the northeast. In addition, Northeast Select Properties offers real estate brokerage and consulting services for both commercial property owners and tenants to help them meet their real estate needs and objectives.

Chip Bradley

David (Chip) Bradley graduated from Deerfield Academy (Class of 1966) and from the Nasson College (Class of 1970). He served as an Ensign in the United States Naval Air Force as a navigator. From 1974 to 1976, Chip worked as a residential real estate broker for L. Davenport Boyd Real Estate in Weston, MA. In 1976, he joined Meredith & Grew, a commercial real estate brokerage company in Boston, Massachusetts, as a real estate broker with a focus on commercial real estate in the western suburbs of Boston. In 1995, he became an independent real estate broker, leasing and managing properties in Weston and the surrounding towns. His knowledge and expertise in commercial real estate in the western suburbs of Boston is extensive. Chip is active in the Weston Rotary and the Massachusetts Brain Injury Association.
